1. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship standard components and apparel to most locations across India using trusted express courier partners. Complete bicycles are shipped via specialized surface freight. If your pin code is entirely non-serviceable by our logistics network, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or process a full refund.

3. Delivery Timelines
- — Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch for components and apparel.
- — Freight Delivery: 7–14 business days for complete bicycles, as these require specialized handling and surface transport.
- — Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience extended delivery timelines.
4. Shipping & Freight Charges
Shipping and freight charges are calculated dynamically based on the volumetric weight of your order and the destination pin code. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
5. Order Tracking
- — Once your order leaves our facility, we will provide tracking details and the carrier's information via email.
- — For high-value bicycle freight, our logistics team may contact you directly to coordinate the final delivery window.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- — While we strive for precision, delays may occur due to extreme weather, state border issues, or logistical bottlenecks beyond our control.
- — If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the carrier will attempt re-delivery.
- — If an order is returned to us due to customer error, additional shipping/freight charges will apply for reshipment.
7. Transit Damage & Unboxing
We utilize highly secure, specialized packaging for all carbon components and framesets. However, if the outer package appears crushed, punctured, or severely tampered with upon arrival, please follow these exact protocols:
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any claims for transit damage, a clear, continuous video recording of the parcel being opened is strictly required. The video must:
- — Start before the package seal is broken, clearly showing the shipping label.
- — Show the entire unboxing process in one continuous take, without cuts.
- — Clearly highlight any structural damage to the product inside the box.
- — You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photographs.
- — Without proper continuous video evidence, we cannot process an exchange or insurance claim.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details (including phone number and pin code) are entirely accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
