1. Order Cancellation
- — You may request the cancellation of an order only before it has been dispatched from our facility.
- — Once an order has been handed over to our courier or freight partners, it cannot be cancelled or rerouted.
- — Custom bicycle builds and framesets cannot be cancelled once the assembly process has begun.
2. Refund Processing
- — Refunds are applicable for successfully cancelled pre-dispatch orders or approved damage claims.
- — Approved refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- — We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or credit card issuer once the refund has been successfully initiated by our payment gateway.
3. Returns Eligibility
The Performance Standard
As we deal in precision cycling components and performance apparel, we uphold strict return standards to guarantee the safety and quality of our inventory. We do not accept returns for a simple change of mind. If a return is approved by our support team under special circumstances, the following rules apply:
- — Apparel: Must be strictly unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, with all original tags attached.
- — Components: Cannot be returned if they have been installed, mounted, greased, or subjected to torque. They must remain in their original, unopened packaging.
4. Exchanges for Transit Damage
If you receive a product that is physically damaged upon delivery, you may request an exchange subject to the strict evidence protocols required for high-value carbon components and bicycles.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear, continuous video recording of the parcel being opened is mandatory for any exchange claim. The video MUST:
- — Start before the package seal is broken, showing the shipping label.
- — Show the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- — Clearly highlight the damaged area of the product immediately upon removal from the box.
- — You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos.
- — If an exact replacement is not available due to stock constraints, we may offer store credit or process a refund at our discretion.
- — Claims received after 24 hours or without proper video proof will not be accepted.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- — Complete bicycles (unless significantly damaged in transit and verified via the unboxing protocol).
- — Wearable items like bib shorts and socks, once opened, due to hygiene standards.
- — Components that show signs of attempted installation, incorrect torque application, or misuse.
- — Items purchased on clearance, flash sales, or special promotional pricing.
6. Claim Process
